Activities in the area

Bela Bela

In the heart of the Waterberg, surrounded by nature reserves and countryside, Bela Bela's biggest attraction is still the natural hot springs of the area. As a result of the high natural mineral content of the water, these natural springs are renowned for various health benefits and there are a number of wellness centres and spas in and around the little town. Bela Bela welcomes visitors with a choice of restaurants and coffee shops; as well as unique and interesting roadside stalls on the R101.

The Waterberg area offers visitors an unforgettable tourism experience that combines some of the best South Africa has to offer... Mountains, Big Five game viewing and the exploration of a captivating pre-historic past are just some of Waterberg's many attractions.
